Betsy is right, however some compounding pharmacies in the USA do compound hydrocortisone to be slow released and I know of a lady who takes a delayed released capsule which kicks in at 4.00 am.  This lady has Addison’s.  I do not think though that trials will have been done on this compounded hydrocortisone.
