My 10 year old (SWCAH) woke up this morning with some type of rash on her neck.  It has been rather warm where we live and I am just wondering if it could be heat rash or prickly heat rash.  The bumps are small and the area is red.  I put a small amount of hydrocortisone on her this morning and that seemed to help.  The ped can’t get in until 8AM tomorrow morning.  It does not seem to be spreading.

Any ideas would be helpful.
