Hi my son has SWCAH and he has the same thing on him as well. His however is all over his body. He does not complain about it though. I think that they kinda look like little baby zits. But he is 4 so i think that he is to old for those. But it has been extremely hot where we live as well. I wihs you luck in what you find out. Misty
