Has he seen an endocrinologist yet?  My son also had no physical signs but his OHP count was litteraly 10 times what it should be.  That was discovered through newborn screening and his pediatrician immediately referred us to a endocrinologist here in Dallas.  The hospital isn’t a research hospital, but they have doctors who specialize in diagnosing and treating CAH.
