jennyHi,
I t hink it is very important and something we should all get going in each of our states, area, town etc.
I did have an experience where I had to call 911. They responded immediately but had no clue on SWCAH nor the medication. I had the solu cortef but nothing to inject it with I had broken the syringe. I fell to pieces and didn’t know what to do.
They administered the meds and did a follow up by phone. The main person contacted me with a follow up & sent me a very nice card to contact them at any time. Since then we visited them with our children and gave them all the information on the condition along with a letter from endo & meds.
They are less than 5 mins away. I am very lucky. They were wonderful & I had no problems.
As far as taking it to another level in case I’m not at home I didn’t persue it. But....I’m going to.
Jenny
