hi linda! we are close in south carolina. i have not been happy with the care in our state and we go for all check ups to the NIH in maryland. however, in emergencies, we DO have a decent facility here. i did lots of research and i came to the conclusion that dr. russell at vanderbilt & dr. loechner at UNC are both good and well versed. also, my cah son has had 5 laser surgeries at scottish rite in atlanta. can’t speak for the endos there, but that facility is VERY impressive. they have always been right on top of the cah and very familiar with what it involves in relation to surgery. email me privately if you would like!
