I would say I had the same side effects as Amber,  I did not have to quit my job, but I felt really lousy!  Very moody!  Yikes!  I had a second SW CAH boy, so quit taking the DEX at about 22 weeks,  the first couple weeks or so were not bad on the DEX, it did get worse everyday.  I am very glad I had the second child with or without CAH.  We have such a great little family.  It is a really tough decision,  I am not sure if I would take it again...but as I said I am very glad we have two kids now.  My boys are 6 and 9 years old and doing great.
