CassyLesly,
We did the Karo thing when our girls were little babies, but then it got to where it didn’t work either. Our pediatrican suggested Senna. I think it was over the counter if I remember right. It was a natural laxative and it was liquid. He had us start at a certain dose and if it didn’t produce results in 24 hours, up the dose so much and so forth. It worked well for us--smelled awful but they never fought us so it couldn’t have tasted too bad. We used it for a few months and then the problem kind of subsided. Our girls eat cheese constantly but we try to balance it with apple juice diluted to keep things working properly!!
Don’t feel too bad about the weight thing--my 33month old only weighs 25!! Try Carnation instant breakfast. It has helped Kennedy put on some weight. She was stuck at 21 for almost a year.
