My non-CAH son has gone to 4-H camp for years, and is emotionally handicapped.  They have two RNs on staff and they’ve always been great about understanding his medication issues and the staff in general has been very supportive of him.  We always meet with the camp director and the nurses each year to make sure they understand what he needs, and they’ve always been helpful!  This year he transitioned from camper to camp counselor!  It’s one of the few places he feels normal.
