I know what you mean about scalp hair loss & no one being concerned.  I used to have very thick beautiful hair but it started thinning 20 years ago.  Because it was so thick, no one cared.  However, now it is noticeable.  I upped the Prednisone dose more than a year ago but it hasn’t stopped it.
