Is this a common complaint among people with CAH?  I had the same problem when my toddler was a baby and am finding it a problem again with my second daughter, although the prune juice does seem to be working for her.  i have always suspected that it was something to do with their salt levels, although when this was checked with my first daughter they were fine.  My first daughter has always been quite stable with her bloods and the second one seems to be fine too.
