Yes, LOCAH does have some effect on fertility.  I was told to remember that our hormones are all interdependent on one another, and that a drop (or rise) in one will affect many of the others.  My endo told me I’d likely have to see a fertility specialist if I ever wanted to get pregnant.

That said, it appears I’m especially fertile, because I got pregant without really wanting to, and certainly without a specialist’s help.
