My daugher is 7 years old and has never had surgery either, mainly because the virilalisation was very mild and it was not recommended, her cliteros does appear to be more prominenet sometimes and she on an off complains of pain, however this is usually because she is sore (usually because she has been wearing tight clothing), I just apply a nappy rash cream to the area which is usually red and it disappears overnight. She is very well controlled but sometimes I do think the size of her cliteros is changing, and then convince myself I am just being paranoid. If she is sore it may appear to be slightly swollen, please let us know how you get on with the blood results as recently i have not mentioned it to the Dr as they always just suggested the nappy rash cream.
