This happened to my daughter too, the clitoris just kept growing and it was affecting her urination too.  My daughter had clitoroplasty and vaginoplasty at age 2 and 3 months.  It was a difficult decision but one I don’t regret.  I know there are many different viewpoints on this subject.  Talk to your endo and make a decision that you feel comfortable with and based on your daughter’s needs.  I did not want my daughter have to deal with changing genitals over the years-I think that can be traumatic too.  Anyway, good luck and make sure you take time to think about this decisions and interview several surgeons.
