thanks for all your responses.  I haven’t heard back about her bloods yet.  She had a vaginoplasty at a few months old.  I am a bit confused.  Our understanding in the UK of a vaginoplasty is simply a proceedure to check internally, it did not involve any operation.  we did this to ensure that there were no medical issues.  to put some minds at risk i have not considered surgery and would only do so if it was medically necessary, but i don’t think that will be the case as there have been no issues so far. 

As she has grown i had actually noticed that the clitoris had become less obvious, so i think that this is a definite growth as she has also always been small and lean.  i’m sure i will know more soon.  she does not complain often of pain and it is usually when it is a little red.
