Since this has all happened, with the break in and everything, I am very disappointed.  The police never issued a warrant, and they are not going to.  They feel that because no one witnessed it  that it is my word against his.  My ex has continued to call me and harass me since tuesday.  Well to make a long story short I contacted my local news company and told them what happened.

The news company went to the chief’s office this morning and he got very upset.  Oh well too bad.  They are not doing anything to help me.  Well since the news was there I have heard from the sargeant twice and they are attempting to contact my exhusband to get his side of the story.  they have not even spoken to him once yet.

thanks for all of the advice, i’m not comfortable with guns, but i bought some pepper spray yesterday and feel a little bit better about that.
