My 11 month old son with SWCAH has also had high blood pressure. At his appointment several weeks ago, at the endocrinologists office, his blood pressure was 128 over 89.  After getting the results back from his blood work, I was told to stop giving him the 1/4 tsp. salt he had been taking since he was 10 days old.  Several times in the past few weeks, the nurses at his pediatricians office have attempted to take his blood pressure again, but he REALLY fights them.  About a week ago, his blood pressure had came down some, but was still elevated much more than a child his age would normally be.
