excessive weight

Hi, my name is Wallace, I’m 30 years old and referred to this site. My question is regarding weight issues. I’m six feet tall and weigh about 240 pounds. I consider myself to have an average frame with slightly more than average muscle mass, but not enough to validate 240 pounds. My current meds are cortef 10mg morning, 10mg afternoon, and 20mg in the evening. I also take fludrocortizone .10mg once daily in the morning. I think I’m over medicated in the cortef department but my doctor dissagrees and tells me my weight issues are do to over eating and under exercising. I tried to tell him that I only eat three meals a day with a small snack here and there and that I have a very physical construction job. This is the heaviest I have ever been and I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any advice they can give me? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, Wallace
