There are two ways in which they measure PRA. Ambulant which gives a higher reading but the ranges are also higher, then recumbent (after resting) which gives a lower reading  and has lower normal ranges.  Again, doctors do things differently, some doctors say you must lie flat for 2 hours for a recumbent reading.
