My understanding is that under the Americans with Disabilities Act a school has to acomodate a CAH child’s needs (including the injection) or they could lose Federal funding.

There have been several instances discussed on the board in which parents made this clear (sometimes via lawyers) to schools and the schools backed down very quickly. I think it is the approach to take.
