Spoke with our endo this morning and he is willing to give the Hydrocortisone a try!  He stated that this is a generic brand for cortef but has found that it does not work as good as cortef for all!  We are going to try this for two month and then see how the labs come back.  If he feels that the Hydrocortisone is not working as well as the cortef, then he will write a letter to our insurance company and provide proof with the lab work.
