We have just recently gave back the results of our DNA tests.
My daughter has Intron 2 splice mutation / Intron 2 splice mutation.
Me and my husband are both I2 splice / normal.
Unfortunately the test result did not contain any explanation. Could you be of assistance? I am espacially interested in the level of salt wasting nature of CAH with this kind of mutation.
