My heart is just broken and my prayers are flowing for all of those suffering in the aftermath of this hurricane.  I couldn’t imagine having this happen with my girls.  I see the pictures on tv and I can’t even imagine that this is America!  Abby’s soccer team went door to door tonight to raise money and made over $2000!  Tomorrow, they’re going to set up a lemonade stand with the neighbor kids to collect money and take it to school on Tuesday.  I’m proud of our kids that they are feeling for others but it makes me terribly sad that this kind of thing is taking place.  My husband’s police dept. is potentially sending officers to these areas.  He has already volunteered.

I can’t wait to hear from our families in the affected areas.  My prayers are with all!
