When our SWCAH daughter was young (4 mos) she could put a dirty old man to shame!  She had such bad BO that the older kids didn’t want to hold her.  She also had terrible gas.  She quickly outgrew it I guess.  (I think maybe she just grew into her medicine dose.)  She’s now 3 1/2 yr and we haven’t had a problem with it since she was a baby.
