I have had one bone scan a year ago and now am due for another. They recomended I take 2 Caltrate a day last time. I have had arthoscopic surgery on my one knee and think it is time for the other. Also have had carpal tunnel surgery on one wrist and had a foot repaired. I have a great deal of pain in my right shoulder and was sent to physical trerapy for that with little relief. I also have ED which tht Dr. blames on long term steroid use and smoking( which I finally gave up)
