Our son is a 11 month old SWCAH it started last night he had a stool that was completely water it went every where and then it didn’t happen untill today at around noon then again at about 3:30.  He’s not acting sick no fever he is still playing like normal but he doesn’t want to eat as much.

If I give him his meds how long does it have to be in his system before he has a stool any ideas?  I know with vomiting it’s 30 min.  He’s not acting lethargic or anything like that and I haven’t doubled or tripled his doses.
