My son is 4 and has swcah and I have always trippled his meds. That is what is Peds Endo ahs told us to do and then we wait and see if he has another bout with it and then we go from there. Usually I tend to tripple it again at his regular does and watch him to see if he is acting ok. But, I always make sure that he is plenty hydrated. He likes to drink cho. milk so when he is sick its hard to get him to drink water and gatorade but he drinks it. I would just watch and makae sure that he is well hydrated and if you have any questions you could always call his endo and ask. Good luck, Misty
