Re  question  Is it possible for virilized girls to have sacs too?  Yes it is.  With a complete fusion of the libioscrotal folds there can be a scrotal appearing tissue section resembling sacs. However CAH virilized girls do not have testicles in these sacs. Do not for rely solely on a sonogram for diagnosis. Congratulations on your baby.
