My son now 17 has a heart murmur. His doctor discovered it while he was still a baby. He does not have CAH. It has never been an issue with him, he has always been quite active in sports both baseball and football (now plays varsity in both sports as a senior). He did have an echo done. This is a normal yearly routine done here right before school starts. Only if they are playing sports or are in band carrying a very heavy instrument. Everything came out fine.
