I thought I posted the same message yesterday but for some reaon it’s gone.
I try to post it again.
A friend of mine from Japan will be moving to Lexington, Kentucky in one month. She has a 4 year-old daughter with SWCAH, and is looking for good ped.endos in that area. Her husband will be a researcher at University of Kentucky, so doctors in the university hospital will work the best for them.
The other questions is also from her. She said they were denied to get health insurance for foreign students/researchers because her daughter has a preexisting condition. Has anyone been in a similar situation? I would like to know what others did in that kind of case. I’d like to help the family as much as I can.
