Found a really easy way to manage all my medical conditions. CAH and so much more. My Mom was giving away a old cork board and it works perfectly to keep all my medical appointments,  lab work papers, referrals, notes for a doctor in moving order. The appointment cards etc. go up there on the cork board that I hung on the back of a door and then I don’t forget about them like I would in a wallet because I have a visual reminder of the cards tacked on the board. I like that the stuff has a central location away from me because although I have a couple of conditions....In no way do they define who I am and it would irk me to be looking through the purse and pull out the medical appt cards while looking for something else. I would use those cards to write other info like directions on and then wouldn’t be able to see the appointment time only to call the doctors office and miff the women by asking them when is my appointment again?  lol
