I would  like to add that I also have seen a preview of Carol M’s book which she co wrote with Dr Scott Rivkees and I think it is fantastic.  Carol has written it in such a way that it is easy to understand and this book will not only benefit us all as parents but provide an excellent source of reference to patients alike (and even some doctors!).  I cannot wait to receive my copy and look forward to showing to people all in the UK.    Congratulations to Carol M and Dr Rivkees
