Thanks Cindy that clears it up a bit for me, now I know why it is high. We had way too much stress this summer, older brother left for marines ( and he and Michael were very close. I went to work full time, bought a home and moved into it the past 3 weeks, and a close friend of ours moved away. Plus a few other things that happened, that is enough for any kid with or without CAH. I did not realize the stess would raise it, I thought that is just meant he needed more due to his growth or somelthing and I probably did not increase when I needed to according to the stress because it was so long lasting. I could not figure out why they were making no changes when it was high, but it makes more sense to me now. He will finally get to see his old endo in November (an agency is going to help us pay for it cash)  and maybe then it will all make more sense to me and we can keep it under better control. I have had no time for him and that just makes it worse, but I am the only provider for my family and it is hard for all of us at times. Thanks again for your response.
