We were SO hoping for some rain out of Rita..........it looked like we might even get some bad weather for a few days until she took a turn. Have a BIL and SIL in Houston who hunkered down to ride it out..HA. They got very little rain and did loose power for about 8 hours. Only lost a few branches..that was it.

We had clouds all day yesterday with a SPRINKLE...that was it. It did cool it off a bit, now we are back in the 90’s today!

My prayers are with anyone who did suffer any loss during Rita.
