took the dex for my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy and had the CVS at 11 weeks each time, 2nd boy was a carrier and 3rd boy clear of CAH, was advised my my son’s endo to tail the dex off over a 4 week period. Put on weight and had that always hungry feeling but no serious side effects.  Don’t come off "cold turkey"!
