I bet the old man will be happy that you’re training to be a nurse. Have some fish and chips or Gunniness. CAH sucks at times but maybe what you had to go through with CAH was meant to happen so that you could go on and have the emapthy to really help others. When I was it the process of my cancer journey ---this nurse that really meant well told me in the most perky retail store customer sevice voice and not looking at me  " Gee, you must be devastated" I’m like urrr thinking ummm not until I meet you and by the way get the %*^^%* away from me. I took comfort in the paramedics and nurses that looked me right in the eye and told me that I could get through this ALSO telling me of their or their relatives story of cancer. CAH sucks at times but what we went through really made it better for others ....and that is like ummm freakin cool to me.
