My son is 4 and has swcah and he is so tiny he only weighs about 29 pounds. He eat very little too. He loves his chocalte milk though which i give him the powder nestle quick mix. He had a NG tube put in when he was about 1 and he did very bad with that. They wanted me to put in  feeding tube because he was so small and he only weighed like 17 pounds when he was 1 so he is very tiny now. But his meds have never changed although the endo at riley’s took him off sodium chloride which our new doctor was mad about so we just make sure that he eats things with lots of salt and put salt on his foods. But he is doing fine now. His meds have always been the same though. So, I am not sure if that is becasue he is so small and they dont want to go up he is on the smallest doses. I do wish you luck!!
