Our baby had a 1/4 of a 5mg pill of cortef 3 times a day until her last test, which showed it to be too much.  Now it’s 1/4 pill 2 times one day then 3 times the next, alternating every other day.  Does anyone else do this, and what schedule (hours of day, etc.) works best?
