Thanks for letting me know how to obtain your book (earlier thread).  I ordered it and it took less than a week to arrive in the UK!!  I received it this morning and have already started reading it.  It will be a very useful, informative book.  I only wish it was around when my daughter was born!  I would just like to convey my thanks to you and Dr Rivkees, and I would definitely recommend this book to parents/grandparents/carers in charge of a CAH child.
