Hi, we also have been doing the 24 hr blood spot testing in Hungary. It is not stressful at all, we can do ourshelfs at home. We prick her finger at 7 am, 9 am, 1pm, 3pm and 7pm; and make 4 blood drops each time. We bring the filter paper next day (don’t refrigerate) to the lab of the clinics. The results are compared to the percentile curves of the well-treated CAH patients; and the modified dosage is given accordingly.
