Our son is 10 years old and has SWCAH. It was recommended that we have his eyes checked yearly due to the steroids he is taking. We recently had his eyes checked with Ophthalmologist who discovered our son had a cataract. He stated that this is often caused by the treatment for many medical conditions that require steroids. It was also said that this cataract will worsen every time we have to triple his meds. This is 100 % treatable through surgery. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this with their child.

Thanks
