From time to time, I’ve read that long time cortisone use may cause cataracts but I never gave it much thought  but never read anything about CAH & cataracts either.

I assumed that it was for people that used larger doses and that it also was a result for those that made cortisol but used the cortisone for something extra like for asthma.

What a great research topic this would be!  pay me!

I do have pain ...sharp pain at times behind my right eye on the top. I read about the underactive thyroid having something to do with that and I’m crossing my fingers now that I’m on thyroid replacement that it will go away but it’s time to visit the eye doctor.

Cataract surgery has come along way ..right?
