If you have to go to an ophthalmologist in Tulsa the best one is Dr. Garrett (6606 S Yale Ave # 205, Tulsa, OK, 74136. (918)488-6608) For the entire 3 years I worked at Bob Keathley’s Opticians I never heard one single complaint about him, but heard plenty of praise. I spoke with hundreds upon hundreds of people and heard plenty of complaints about every single ophthalmologist except him. He’s one of those rare doctors that focus on the patient, not what’s in the patient’s wallet or what their HMO will pay for.
