Does a care giver need a note of permission to get medical care for our SWCAH son?  When we go to the CARES conference my sister-n-law will be watching our son it’s about 1 1/2 hrs from Indy.  if something happened where he needed emergency care would she be abe to sign for it or what o I need to do?
