So glad you’ll be able to go the to the CARES conference.  Unfortunately we can’t make it.  We have have had situations where family members have watched our 2 sswcah girls.  AND they have needed an ER trip!  So, we have learned to be prepared.  We have a consent to treat form that my husband and I signed.  It is notarized although I do not believe that is necessary.  We also make sure their medical kit contains all of our insurance info and personal info for the girls (allergies etc......).  If you have any more questions, you can email me at tdrake at aol dot com.
