Just read the new book and have some questions

I just read the new book and found it to be very helpful.  I feel more informed now than ever.

According to the book dex should be taken once a day and no more than 0.3mg per day. Ashley takes dex twice a day with a dosage of 0.5mg in the am and 0.7mg in the pm.  I am very concerned about this.

I know she is oversuppressed because of her appetite, lack of height, increase in weight, round belly and round face.  Her endo does not think so and we have a discussion about this every time I see him.  We are seeing him in two weeks and I will be taking the book with me.

What should I do?  Should I request another endo or just get down and dirty with this endo? I have asked for a copy of her bloodtest and have not been given it.  Ashley has very low self esteem and she feels very fat even though she is not the largest in her class, she is at least 20 pounds over weight.  And with all of the activities that she is involved in she isn’t losing but gaining weight.  AAAHHHHH!!!!

Thank you all for your advice,
