Lisa we had a similar problem with the Dex. My son put on a lot of weight and also stopped growing.  I would say your daughter is most definitely getting too much and this needs to be looked at now.  What do your daughters blood tests show? I do think Carol’s and Dr Rivkees book such an asset to us all in helping us understand CAH.  Good luck I hope you will get some good advice and please let us know the outcome of your visit.
