My son (SWCAH)got the RSV vac. last year. He had no side effects that I was aware of. As always I stress dosed before and after the shot. He did not get any respiratory infections so I am certain it worked.

Make sure your insurance is going to cover it because it is very expensive. The shots are 2K per shot and your son will have any where from 5-6 shots. 

Why does your ped doc want your son to have this? My son "qualified" last year because he was born pre-term. He does not "qualify" this year.
