I too take the liquid Dex. It is different than the pills I used to take. I require more. When I was on .45 of liquid my 17ohp got up to 1700 (much too high for me at age 46) - on the pills I could get away with taking .375 and be ok. Currently I am taking .525 of dex and do fine - my labs were at 250 last time I had them done several months ago. 250 is good for me. I like the fact that you can do smaller adjustments with the liquid that you cannot do with the pills.
