We have to have the doses worked into our routine.  We mess up when our routine is broken.  My son takes his dose as soon as he gets home from school.  It is now part of his after school routine.  He knows he comes home takes his pill, takes the dog out and starts his homework.  Sometimes he forgets, but for the mostpart he does well.
